Members of American Qigong Association (AQA) and World Qigong Federation (WQF) will be eligible for election as Board Members and to vote for board members. The WQF will be a springboard for raising funds for much-needed Qigong scientific research. Members will stay in touch through a newsletter and a web site. The inaugural year(1998) will be a time to establish connections and set up the structure of the Federation and Association.
